When you receive your order, please review your items promptly. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll gladly accept a return or exchange of unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging.
Return Authorization (RA) Process
We want you to love what you ordered. If something didn’t work out, just send us a quick email at susan@eliteglobetrotters.com within 7 business days of delivery.
Please include your contact info, proof of purchase, a photo of the item, and a short note about why you’d like to return or exchange it. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. The item must be received within 10 business days to remain eligible; otherwise, it will be considered final sale.
Jewelry Repair Policy
We’re happy to help with manufacturing-related issues—like broken clasps or loose stones—reported within 60 days of purchase. While we don’t offer in-house repairs, we’ll do our best to assist.
To request a repair, email susan@eliteglobetrotters.com with your contact info, proof of purchase, photos, and a brief description. If approved, the item must be received within 10 business days to remain eligible.

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging
• Custom orders, special pieces, and Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
• Gift cards are final sale and valid for 60 days from purchase
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
• Do not return any item without requesting authorization first—unauthorized returns will not be processed
