Hi, I’m Susan Badger — and I’ve never been one to sit still.
As the founder of Elite Globetrotters, I bring heart, humor, and a healthy dose of high style to every journey I create. With over 150 countries and all seven continents under my belt, I’ve had the joy (and jet lag!) of exploring this beautiful world — sometimes with a camera in one hand and a glass of wine in the other.
But what I love most isn’t just where I’ve been — it’s the people I’ve met, the stories I’ve collected, and the unforgettable experiences that come from traveling with purpose.
A Life Built Around Curiosity & Connection
My passion for travel started long before retirement. I spent years as a global executive at IBM, leading strategy initiatives across 45,000 sellers and countless countries. When I stepped away from the boardroom, I didn’t slow down — I just changed course.
Now I travel lighter (carry-on only!), but my love for discovery runs deeper than ever. Whether I’m trekking through Patagonia, sipping Malbec in Mendoza, navigating Antarctic ice, or relaxing on a Balinese beach, I dive into every destination with curiosity, grace, and a sense of humor. Oh, and I never pass up a great meal, a glass of wine, or a sunset stroll.
